SQA Engineer
  • 3-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or an equivalent degree in an appropriate discipline
  • Incumbent should be well versed in SQL Server 2005/2008 and .NET C#
  • Writing and executing testing plans
  • Have complete functional knowledge of all current and in-development applications
  • Fully responsible for effectiveness of testing results and defect-finding efficiency
  • Attend all appropriate design meetings to give (recommend quality improvements, testability issues) and receive/disseminate test and project information
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to maintain a cohesive team in achieving their goals
  • Should be able to foster innovation and participation in continuous process improvement
  • Experience of formal technical reviews will be a definite plus
  • Extensive experience in blackbox testing
  • Experience in using automated testing tools
  • Experience in stress and performance testing desired, but not required.
.Net developer required (2-4 years experience)
  • Must have ability to resolve problems quickly
  • Must be a quick learner and able to pick things quickly
  • Candidates should have sound knowledge of:
    • ASP .NET C# 4.0 (MVC, WCF, WF)
    • Design Patterns
    • Databases
    • OOP
